Mina
is a Certified Life Coach, a Professional-Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher,
and a Stress Reduction Expert.
She has taught
stress-reduction to doctors and nurses at Long Island College
Hospital and New York Methodist/Cornell University Hospital, as well
as faculty and administrators at the New School University and CUNY
Graduate Center, among other locales.
She presents
workshops on Life Coaching, Stress Reduction, Meditation and
White Wolf YogaDance throughout
the country.
A widely-published
author, Mina’s articles have appeared
in the Associated Press, USA Today, The Village Voice, Mother Jones,
The Progressive, The Nation, Environmental Action, and other magazines.
She
is a long-time environmental activist and avid hiker. She was one
of the leaders in the successful battle to stop the Tocks Island
Dam, which would have flooded 30 miles of the free-flowing Delaware
River.
Mina is a charismatic
speaker. She has an MA from Harvard University.
